iOS 7 is out. Go download it now!
This tutorial explained how to install iOS 7 early before it's official release. But I'll leave it up as the download links still work and it's the same software.

IMPORTANT NOTE! - PLEASE READ:
iOS 7 requires iTunes 11.1. This update should now be available through Apple so please remember to update your iTunes before updating to iOS 7.
After Apple's event last week, the iOS 7 GM (Gold Master) was released to developers. Gold Master builds are not betas and 99% of the time, are the exact same versions released to the public. The OS is essentially finished, this last week is only to give developers a little more time to test their apps on the final product.
