This guide is for Pokemon Emerald Codebreaker Codes. It's meant for the VBA emulator. If you have Pokemon Emerald on GBA unless you have a Gameshark, I don't think you can put them in. In the VBA emulator once you already go to file and open Pokemon Emerald.

Go to Cheats then Cheats List. This is where you input your Codebreaker codes. You just click where it says Codebreaker, then the description doesn't matter. Under where it says code you type in the Master Code and click okay.

Then click back on Codebreaker and type in where it says Code, the
code for any Pokemon.
